Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. K&M Manufacturing reserves the right to correct typographic, photographic, descriptive and/or pricing errors on any/all print/electronic media without notice.
What is your payment policy?
Will I need to pay sales tax on my purchases?
Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. There is a $40 service charge for all returned checks. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, backorders do occur; these items will be shipped as they come into stock. All non-truck orders paid by credit card will be charged when the order has shipped.
K&M Manufacturing holds nexus in the states of Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. We must charge sales tax in these states. Residents of these states must call the K&M Sales Team at 800.328.1752 if you wish to make your purchase tax exempt. Paperwork is required.
What are the warranties on merchandise?
All K&M Manufacturing products carry a 1-year warranty against defects and flaws in workmanship. Some exclusions apply. Product replaced at no cost, FOB Renville.
In some circumstances, warranty is longer than 1-year. Warranty for specified items will follow the manufacturer/supplier’s warranties for workmanship and material.
